Greetings & Salutations :)

For over 20 years now, I have been involved in the woodfired oven construction business, in the last 10 years I have been cooking up a storm in Fremantle home of "Tom's Kitchen"

I pride myself in having my entire family involved in my business, my son Mark can be found lurking around often in charge of packing the oven kits, my daughter Eimear helps out with the book work, and my lovely wife Valerie, who is here every Wednesday evening when we hold our demonstration nights.
