Hi, My names Tom and welcome to my kitchen.

Over the last 20 years I have been building and cooking on Woodfired ovens and let me tell you they are fantastic.

In the last 5 years the woodfired oven has become very popular and time after time I am asked for recipes or cook books using the woodfired oven and so I have decided to create my own website and DVD's demonstrating some of my old favourite recipes.

I will be adding to this website on a constant basis and welcome any requests to demonstrate your favourite woodfired oven recipes ... just drop me a line.
